20 x 60 m sand and rubber outdoor arena with mirrors, generously flood lit and well maintained

50 acres of grazing fields
Fields are fertilised, harrowed, topped, rolled and rested
Field shelters in all grass livery winter fields
Mare and gelding groups as well as individual turn out
Automatic water troughs in every field, regularly maintained
Electric and wooden fencing
TACK ROOM FACILITIES
Spacious and well lit indoor tack room with high security, including burglar alarm, fire alarm and double padlock
Stabled liveries have access to 2 saddle racks, 2 bridle hooks and ample boxed storage
Grass liveries have access to a saddle rack, a bridle hook and a storage box
Large saddle horse and central hanging bridle hook for tack cleaning
GRASS LIVERY FACILITIES
Grass livery feed room
Numbered system for rug, tack and feed storage
Space for multiple feed bins
Shelves for vitamin storage
